We’ve teamed up with Santa Cruz to create a fantastic competition at the National Bike Show in Birmingham in April… We’ll see you there! In the mean time, here’s the press release:
Entries are now being accepted for this summers Mega Avalanche race in Alpe d’Huez (which we happen to be going to and running a week’s holiday out there - check here for more details).
This means that you can now sign up to enter the race online. If you’re going to come on our Mega week, then you’ll want to buy yourselves one of the following:
We’ve just heard from the powers that be about this years Pass Portes opening weekend.
For those of you who don’t know, it’s the opening weekend of the whole area lifts on June 30th/July 1st. There’s a huge enduro race around the whole area (a whole 80k) - this includes about 6000m of descending for a comparatively token 1500m of climbing (the rest is by ski lifts). It’s like a Meridia marathon event with chairlifts:)
You’d better hurry up and book because we’re already full for the first week (23rd-30th) and are now taking bookings for the week of the 30th!

We’re after another person for summer 2007. You’ll need to have a first aid qualification and be qualified to TCL level with the SMBLA, and MBL trained. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about mountain biking and making sure our guests have the best holiday ever. Prior experience and knowledge of the area is a definite advantage.
We offer a great package including accommodation, food, lift pass and a generous salary. Plus the option to get a great deal on a new Santa Cruz bike.
If you’re interested please email ride@flowmtb.com telling us why you want the job, why you’d be good at it and a little more about yourself.
We’ve dropped our price from €575 to just €525 (£350) per person per week for the opening week of the season. Come and ride the trails before everyone else does!
We’ve finalized the 2007 hire bike range. Guests get a special rate (20% off) - and you can hire them for the week now. There’s a couple of new models in there as well - I just can’t wait to start riding them!
